Description

Coverax White Spray Grease is based on lithium hydroxystearate soap in mineral oil and is equipped with wear-reducing and corrosion-protective additives. The result is high temperature stability with maximum service life and minimal friction losses – operational reliability is maintained even in the presence of water. The operating range is from -20 °C to +150 °C, with a worked penetration according to DIN ISO 2137 of 220–250. A second application, often crucial in practice, is terminal protection on lead-acid batteries: the grease shields terminals and terminal clamps from moisture, salt spray, acid vapors, and oxygen, thereby preventing efflorescence and contact resistance, which can lead to interruptions, fire hazards, and acid leakage. The product is not electrically conductive.

Product application

  • Shake vigorously for 2-3 minutes before use. Spray a thin layer on surfaces to be treated. Clean battery terminals of oxide before application. For rolling bearings, observe the specifications of the bearing manufacturer.

  • Rolling and plain bearings in industry, vehicle sector, construction and agricultural machinery as well as shipping. Hinges in the automotive sector. Pole protection on lead-acid batteries, plug contacts and lamp holders on motorcycles, quads, bicycles, trailers, trucks and yachts.

  • Suitable for steel, non-ferrous metals, and elastomers. Electrically non-conductive. Operating temperature -20 °C to +150 °C.

  • A 400ml can is sufficient for approximately 150–250 lubrication points or around 200 battery terminal treatments.
