Comat tabs are dishwashing tablets with a disinfectant effect for all standard hot water dishwashers. The tablets remove lipstick, protein, grease and other deposits from dishes, while protecting the machine and décor, and providing optimal cleaning performance. They are biodegradable. The practical difference to liquid machine cleaners lies in the dosage form: no dosing system, suction lance or canister management is required, as the dosage is pre-portioned per wash cycle. This largely prevents overdosing and underdosing, and makes handling by untrained personnel less critical, as there is no open contact with a corrosive liquid concentrate. For smaller businesses, kitchenettes, clubhouses and satellite locations without their own dosing technology, this is the simplest solution for machine washing with a disinfecting effect. Dishwasher salt and rinse aid are additionally required to ensure water softening and streak-free drying. Please observe the dishwasher's operating instructions. For ongoing stock, there is no need to handle corrosive liquid concentrates, which significantly simplifies storage and hazardous substance training in the company.
Place one tab per wash cycle into the designated dispenser compartment of the machine. Scrape off any large food residue from dishes beforehand. Do not forget dishwashing salt and rinse aid; water softening should be set according to local water hardness. Observe the dishwasher's operating instructions, especially regarding program selection and temperature. For rinsing and particularly shiny dishes, Comat KS is recommended. Store tablets dry and in their original packaging; do not handle with wet hands. Do not use together with acidic cleaners. Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.

With one tab per wash cycle, a pack of 100 tablets is sufficient for 100 wash cycles. At around five wash cycles a day, this equates to approximately three weeks of operation for a tea kitchen or under-counter machine.
