Description

Visco-Spray is an adhesive high-performance grease for lubrication points in the food sector where product contact cannot be technically ruled out. The ingredients are harmless and do not cause any taste or odor impairment of the food. Water resistance is fully given at 20, 50 and 80 °C according to DIN 51807, the corrosion degree is 0 according to DIN 51802 – meaning the grease is not washed out even with wet cleaning and high-pressure steam cleaning. This makes Visco-Spray a true all-round grease for companies in the food and beverage industry and wherever systems are permanently exposed to water or steam and conventional greases fail.

Product application

  • Shake can well and vigorously before use. Remove old grease if possible. Apply thinly, avoid over-greasing. For rolling bearings, observe the specifications of the bearing manufacturer.
  • Bakeries, dairies, slaughterhouses, butcher shops, bread factories, breweries, fish processing plants and factories, the luxury food industry. In addition, power and water plants, as well as gravel plants, where lubrication is required underwater. Rolling and plain bearings at elevated temperatures and with water ingress.
  • Suitable for steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals. Water-resistant according to DIN 51807, corrosion protection level 0 according to DIN 51802.
