Description

Trennax OS is a silicone-free release and lubricant for all processes in which the treated surface subsequently needs to be painted, bonded, or metallized. This post-processability is precisely what distinguishes it from silicone-containing release agents and makes it the standard solution in paint shops, packaging, and clothing industries. The ignition temperature is above 300 °C, which allows its use in welding technology: Trennax OS reliably prevents welding spatter from adhering to the workpiece, torch nozzle, and fixture. In plastics processing, it serves as a mold release agent for thermoplastics and thermosets, with occasional spraying enabling multiple release operations – significantly reducing consumption per shot.

Product application

  • Spray from a distance of 30–50 cm. Can be sprayed in all positions, but to avoid loss of gas do not spray horizontally. Remove any plastic mould residues beforehand.
  • Welding technology (weld spatter protection), mould release agents in the plastics processing industry, locksmiths, car workshops, clothing and packaging industry, metal processing. Lubricates material guides on punching and milling machines, saw blades and planers; prevents sticking of knitting and sewing machines, form templates and conveyor belts.
  • Suitable for metal, plastic (thermosets and thermoplastics), wood, and textile machinery. Silicone-free – painting, bonding, and metallization remain possible.
  • A 400ml can is sufficient for approx. 15–20 m² of formwork surface or several hundred release operations.
