Description

Trennax-MS is a silicone-containing release and lubricant for the plastics, rubber, and textile processing industries. It combines high-quality release, lubricating, and conditioning properties with antistatic and anticorrosive effects. The ignition temperature is above 300 °C, which allows the product to be used safely in foundry and welding technology environments. Trennax-MS is physiologically harmless, skin-friendly, and non-toxic. The applied film enables drip-free and non-sticky lubrication of locks, wood and plastic mechanisms, and makes zippers and drawers permanently smooth. Important for work preparation: Due to the silicone content, subsequent painting or bonding of the treated surface is not possible – for this purpose, Trennax OS (Art. 111) is available.

Product application

  • Spray thinly onto cleaned surfaces from a distance of 30–50 cm. Hold the can upright. When used as a care product, polish afterwards to increase the shine.
  • Ready to use. Apply thinly – a thicker application will not improve the release effect.
  • Plastics, rubber, foam, and textile industries, foundry and welding technology, paper and printing industries, locksmiths, automotive repair shops, furniture manufacturing, leather industry, tent factories, boat sector. Maintenance of furniture, plastic surfaces, leather, tents, tarpaulins, roller blinds, awnings, locking systems.
  • Suitable for metal, plastic, leather, rubber, and wood. Note: Contains silicone - treated surfaces can no longer be painted or glued.
  • A 400ml can is sufficient for approx. 15–20 m² of thinly treated formwork area.
