Description

Carpet Upholstery Foam is a foam-controlled cleaner based on TEP-EX for stain removal and interim cleaning on carpets, carpeted floors, upholstered furniture, seat covers, and fabric car seats. Foam application introduces less moisture into the textile than spray extraction, meaning the surface can be walked on or used again significantly faster, which is crucial in hotels, offices, and vehicle detailing. The product is biodegradable, formaldehyde-free, and, with a pH value of around 7, compatible with delicate fibers. For pre-treatment of stubborn stains, a higher concentration is used.

Product application

  • Vacuum the surface thoroughly. Apply foam, let it work briefly and work it in with a brush, then vacuum. For stain pre-treatment, dilute 1:1 to 1:3 with water. Test materials for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area beforehand.
  • Spot treatment 1:1 to 1:3; area cleaning according to device recommendations.
  • All water-resistant and colourfast carpets, upholstered furniture, rugs, seat covers and fabric-covered car seats.
  • pH approx. 7 to 9 depending on concentration, formaldehyde-free. For water-resistant and colorfast textiles only. Perform a colorfastness test beforehand.
  • A 10-liter container is sufficient for approximately 200–400 m² of textile surface, depending on the application.
