Description

The 2.8 liter foam unit is a foam sprayer with integrated dosing for concentrates. The container capacity is 2.6 liters, an option with 1.4 liters is available upon request. Dosing is done via a dilution nipple in the suction hose: The concentrate is filled undiluted and is only mixed with water in a defined ratio during the spraying process. This is precisely the difference from devices into which a pre-mixed solution is filled. For businesses, this means less preparation work, reproducible concentration independent of operating personnel, and significantly more spray output per container filling, because only concentrate is carried. The device is designed for tasks with a large surface area, such as truck cleaning, facade cleaning, and commercial kitchen cleaning. The applied foam remains on vertical surfaces and gives the cleaner the necessary contact time without the product running off immediately.

Product application

  • Fill the concentrate into the container and select the dilution nozzle in the suction hose according to the desired dilution. Connect the device to the water supply and foam the surface evenly from bottom to top to avoid dirt streaks. Observe the reaction time of the respective cleaner and do not allow the foam to dry. Then rinse thoroughly with clear water, rework mechanically in case of heavy soiling and repeat the process. After use, rinse the container and suction hose with clear water so that the dilution nozzle does not clog. For cleaners with hazard pictograms, wear protective gloves, safety glasses and suitable work clothing.
  • Not a dosing product. The dilution of the filled concentrate is determined by the dilution nipple in the suction hose.
  • Truck and commercial vehicle cleaning, facade cleaning, industrial kitchen cleaning, as well as hall, machine, and wall surfaces with a high proportion of surface area.
  • Containers for concentrates with 2.6 liters capacity, alternatively 1.4 liters. Before using highly acidic or highly alkaline products, check the resistance of the container, hose, and seals. Rinse after each use to keep the dilution nozzle clear.
