Description

LI BASIC CLEANER is a special basic cleaner for linoleum and PVC, as well as for sealed parquet and sealed concrete floors. It removes old dirt and encrustations without leaving stains, and removes polymer coatings, acrylic coatings, wax, grease, and other stubborn deposits. The pH value of the undiluted product is 9, making it significantly milder than highly alkaline basic cleaners, which allows it to be used on alkali-sensitive linoleum-type floor coverings without damaging the surface. Excellent cleaning performance is also achieved after dilution with water, so that the dosage can be adjusted to the layer structure and the chemical consumption per square meter remains calculable. For properties with regular basic cleaning, this means plannable renovation intervals because accumulated care product layers can be completely removed and then reapplied. In case of extreme encrustations, the basic cleaner can be applied undiluted; in this case, the loosened dirt must be immediately absorbed with plenty of water.

Product application

  • LI INTENSIVE CLEANER dilute 1:3 to 1:10 with water, spread on the floor and allow to act briefly. Then remove the dissolved dirt and rinse thoroughly with clear water. For extreme incrustations, it can be applied undiluted; in this case, the cleaner must be immediately removed with plenty of water after the dirt has dissolved. Afterwards, the floor can be re-treated with a mop care product or POLYGLANZ. The product is harmful if swallowed and in contact with skin, causes skin irritation and serious eye damage. Wear protective gloves, eye protection, and suitable work clothing, secure against slipping hazards due to wet surfaces.
  • 1:3 to 1:10 with water. For extreme encrustations, use undiluted, then immediately absorb with plenty of water.
  • Linoleum, PVC, sealed parquet, and sealed concrete floors in schools and kindergartens, gymnasiums, hotels and guesthouses, hospitals and nursing homes, industrial facilities, catering establishments, municipal utilities, banks, insurance companies, and office buildings.
  • Suitable for linoleum, PVC, sealed parquet and sealed concrete floors. Do not use on unsealed wood, absorbent natural stone, and alkali-sensitive coatings without prior testing. If used in concentrated form, keep the contact time short and remove immediately.
  • One litre of concentrate yields approximately 11 litres of basic cleaning solution at a 1:10 dilution. Assuming about 20 litres of solution per 100 square metres, one litre is sufficient for approximately 55 square metres; at a 1:3 dilution, it covers about 20 square metres of heavily soiled area.
