Chain and Wire Rope Spray is a synthetic, transparent adhesive lubricant for heavily loaded chains and wire ropes. With a density of only 0.66, it achieves excellent creeping ability – even overhead – lubricating roller chains both inside and out simultaneously. This is the crucial property for chains without a relubrication device, such as multi-row forklift chains or single and multi-leaf chains: The active ingredient reaches bolts and bushings, where the actual wear occurs. Due to its high pressure resistance, the product is stable from -40 °C to +200 °C, and temporarily up to +250 °C. It adheres even to fast-moving chains without flinging off, is water-repellent, preserves, and ensures quiet, dampened operation.
