Description

Grillex Gel removes particularly stubborn, encrusted, and burnt-on residues – and it does so when cold. This is the decisive operational advantage: equipment does not need to be preheated; cleaning can be done overnight or during operational breaks, without energy consumption or waiting times. The pasty form adheres to vertical surfaces and inside smoking chambers, where liquid cleaners would immediately run off and lose their contact time. Grillex Gel leaves behind grease-free, clean surfaces and works largely autonomously. Please note: The product is not suitable for cleaning light and non-ferrous metals – for aluminum baking sheets, Covil M-4 (Art. 204) is available.

Product application

  • Apply with a nylon brush. For stubborn encrustations, allow to work for 2–3 hours; otherwise, less time depending on the degree of soiling. Remove dissolved deposits with a water jet, sponge or brush and rinse thoroughly with clear water.
  • Ready to use, apply undiluted with a brush. Do not dilute.
  • Fish and meat smokehouses, hock roasteries, kitchens, canteens, marquee operations. Grills, skewers and grates, combi steamers, ovens, smoke chambers and their equipment, filters, salamanders, tilting frying pans.
  • Not suitable for light and non-ferrous metals (aluminium, copper, brass). For stainless steel, steel and enamelled surfaces. Highly alkaline (pH 13).
