Description

Graffiti Remover HMF is a highly effective product for removing paint graffiti, specially formulated for absorbent surfaces. Its gel-like consistency ensures high adhesion to vertical surfaces, so the product does not run off facades and the active ingredients remain where they should work. It removes aerosol paints, ink, wax, ballpoint pen paste, nail polish, adhesive, and tar paints from absorbent and porous surfaces. The extremely long open time also dissolves so-called ghosting, which remains in the pore structure with short-acting removers. The product is suitable for natural and artificial stones such as marble, shell limestone, travertine, all types of sandstone, clinker, bricks, facing bricks, limestones, and mineral plaster. The cleaning solution is biodegradable and can be discharged into the sewage system in compliance with local regulations, which simplifies disposal on construction sites.

Product application

  • Apply HMF graffiti remover with a sponge or brush to the surface to be cleaned. Rinse with high-pressure water after an exposure time of approx. 5 to 15 minutes. For deep paint deposits in porous substrates, extend the exposure time to 2 to 3 hours; the product must not dry out and should be covered with foil if necessary. Processing temperatures below 5 °C significantly impair the dissolving properties and are not recommended. Before full-surface application, test material compatibility in an inconspicuous area. Wear safety goggles and protective gloves; prolonged skin contact may cause skin dryness. Effective protection against renewed graffiti is achieved with the coordinated Coverax product ANTIPAROLI.
  • Apply undiluted, do not dilute with water
  • Façades and exposed masonry made of marble, shell limestone, travertine, sandstone, clinker, brick, facing bricks, limestone, and mineral plaster, underpasses, retaining walls, noise barriers, and monuments.
  • Suitable for all absorbent and porous natural and and artificial stones, as well as mineral plaster. Do not use on PVC, acrylic, Plexiglas, or similarly sensitive surfaces. Before use, test material compatibility in an inconspicuous area.
