Description

The 1-unit / 2-unit / 3-unit dispensing unit is a Venturi mixer that dilutes and dispenses up to three concentrates at low flow rates. When selecting a new product, the design prevents chemical contamination between channels. An elastomer sleeve protects against backflow and complies with the requirements of the European drinking water protection standard DIN EN 1717, Class 4. The device operates with cold or hot water up to 65 degrees Celsius and at a water pressure of 1.5 to 6 bar. The difference from manual dosing lies in its reproducibility: the dilution is set once via a dilution nozzle and then retrieved at the touch of a button. For businesses, this means consistent cleaning results, calculable chemical consumption, and less skin contact when handling concentrates. One-hand operation further reduces contamination, as containers do not need to be handled or refilled. The device is wall-mounted.

Product application

  • Mount the device on the wall near the tap and connect it to the water supply; 1.5 to 6 bar water pressure and a maximum water temperature of 65 degrees Celsius are required. Set the desired dilution using the dilution nozzle located inside the device at the concentrate hose connection; the corresponding nozzle list is enclosed. Insert the concentrate hoses into the respective containers and permanently label the assignments. To dispense, press the button of the desired product; the solution will be dispensed into a bottle, bucket, or sink at the preset dilution. Regularly check nozzles and hoses for deposits. When changing containers, wear protective gloves and observe the labeling of the concentrates used.
  • Dilution is adjusted via a dilution nozzle at the concentrate hose connection; the nozzle and dilution ratio assignments can be found in the enclosed list.
  • Food industry, kitchens, restaurants, hotels, schools and nursing homes; filling spray bottles, buckets and sinks at a fixed dispensing point.
  • Wall mounting, operation with cold or hot water up to 65 degrees Celsius at 1.5 to 6 bar water pressure. The elastomer cuff protects against backflow and complies with DIN EN 1717, Class 4. Resistance to highly acidic or highly alkaline concentrates must be checked before connection.
