Cover PTFE Spray is a dry, grease-free release agent, lubricant, and dry film coating for all applications where oil- and grease-containing lubricants are undesirable. Because the PTFE film is non-tacky, it does not attract dust, chips, or dirt – a decisive advantage for guides, conveyor belts, and in dusty production environments where grease lubrication turns into grinding paste. The film is water, dust, and dirt repellent and resistant in a temperature range of -180 °C to +240 °C, as well as to many chemicals, water, and oils. Cover PTFE Spray is therefore the standard release agent in the optical and precision mechanics industries as well as in plastics processing when cleanliness is a process requirement.
