Description

Cover-MOS is a high-performance rust remover with MoS2 additive for seized screw and plug connections. With a very low density of 0.716, the product achieves exceptional creeping ability: it penetrates into the finest gaps, undercuts moisture, and climbs upwards in threads even against gravity. Connections that could previously only be loosened by heating or destruction become workable again. After loosening, a thin protective film remains, which protects metal parts from renewed corrosion and permanently eliminates squeaking noises on moving parts. For workshops and maintenance, Cover-MOS is thus a time-saver that noticeably reduces follow-up costs due to damaged components.

Product application

  • Apply directly to the seized connection in short bursts. Depending on the degree of corrosion, allow to work for 5–15 minutes; for heavy rust, repeat the process. Then loosen the connection.
  • Tie rods, studs, mufflers, cylinder head bolts, screw and plug connections, seized mechanical parts on vehicles, construction machinery, winter service equipment, production machines, tools, and scaffolding.
  • Suitable for all metals. Avoid contact with brake pads, V-belts and painted visible surfaces.
  • A 400ml can will loosen approximately 100-150 seized screw connections, depending on the degree of corrosion.
