Description

Cover MF40 is a multifunctional spray that lubricates, maintains, cleans, and protects, thereby replacing several individual products on the workshop shelf. It loosens seized screws, hinges, and metal connections, removes grease, tar, oil, and adhesive residues, and at the same time provides long-lasting lubrication. The product displaces moisture, has an antistatic effect, and leaves a wafer-thin protective film that protects against corrosion and oxidation. Since the film remains almost invisible and stain-free, the spray can also be used on sensitive surfaces and precision devices where greasy sprays would leave disturbing residues. For maintenance and workshops, this means shorter setup times for dismantling work, less breakage of seized connections, and a reduced variety of articles in stock. The aerosol is marked with the signal word Danger and is classified, among other things, as an extremely flammable aerosol; the container is under pressure and may burst if heated.

Product application

  • Shake can before use and spray directly onto the connection, bearing, or area to be cleaned from a distance of approx. 20 cm. For seized screws and hinges, let it soak in for a few minutes so the product can penetrate the gap, then loosen and repeat the process if necessary. To remove grease, tar, oil, and adhesive residues, spray on, let it work briefly, and wipe off with a cloth. For moisture displacement and corrosion protection, apply thinly and evenly; no wiping is required afterwards. Do not spray on live parts and disconnect systems before treatment. Use only in well-ventilated areas and away from ignition sources; do not smoke. The container is pressurized; protect from sunlight and temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius, and do not open or burn by force. Before use on plastics and lacquers, perform a compatibility test.
