Description

Cover-Grease-M is a ceramic-reinforced high-performance assembly grease for lubrication points where conventional greases fail thermally or mechanically. The lubricating film remains effective from approx. -180 °C to approx. +1,300 °C and withstands surface pressures up to around 10,000 bar. This reliably prevents seizing, fretting corrosion, and wear on hot screw connections. The formula is free of lead, nickel, cadmium, and PCBs, making it approved for companies with strict material and environmental requirements. Cover-Grease-M is resistant to water, fuels, and oils, as well as largely resistant to vapors, gases, and acids, remains abrasion-resistant, and does not age. For maintenance and assembly, this means: fewer disassembly damages, shorter downtimes, and predictable maintenance intervals.

Product application

  • Degrease and dry metal surfaces. Shake can for approx. 30 seconds until the mixing ball is audible. Apply thinly in short bursts from a distance of 20–30 cm. After use, briefly spray the can upside down to keep the valve clear.
  • Exhaust screws and gaskets, spark plugs, brake cams and pins, brake cables, cardan shafts, studs, flanges, compressors, turbines, pumps, hydrants, sprockets, idlers, chain tensioners.
  • Suitable for steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and aluminum. Protects metal-rubber connections from dissolution. Do not use on brake linings and friction surfaces.
