Description

Cover-Felgenstar S is a powerful wheel cleaner for commercial use on heavily soiled wheels. The concentrate dissolves baked-on deposits, stubborn brake dust, and oil and grease-based grime without the need for manual brushing or scrubbing. This is precisely its operational benefit: the cleaning time per wheel is significantly reduced, and reconditioning can be timed for consistent quality even with high vehicle throughput. The product is infinitely miscible with water and biodegradable, allowing the concentration to be precisely adjusted from neat to 1:10 according to the degree of soiling. Cover-Felgenstar S was specifically developed for heavily soiled rims, positioning it above a maintenance cleaner. For fleets, car dealerships, and tire services, this means less manual labor, less consumable material, and a reproducible appearance of reconditioned wheels. A separate bodywork product should be used for cleaning the exterior of the rest of the vehicle.

Product application

  • Pre-rinse rims. Depending on the degree of soiling, spray Cover-Felgenstar S undiluted or diluted up to 1:10, or apply with a brush and allow to act for approx. 3 minutes. Then clean with a high-pressure cleaner and rinse thoroughly with clear water. Do not spray onto heated surfaces and do not allow to dry. Do not use on high-gloss polished or chrome-plated rims. Wear acid and chemical-resistant protective gloves and safety goggles.
  • Concentrate. Depending on the degree of soiling, dilute undiluted or up to 1:10 with water. Leave on for approx. 3 minutes.
  • Aluminium rims, painted and powder-coated rims, steel rims, hubcaps. Typical clients include vehicle fleets, car dealerships, tire service and retail businesses, car care centers, and the used car trade.
  • Suitable for alloy wheels, painted and powder-coated wheels, hubcaps, and steel wheels. Not suitable for highly polished or chrome-plated wheels. Do not spray onto heated surfaces.
