Description

Cover-BR is a quick cleaner with 97% active ingredients for brake and clutch maintenance. The product deep-degreases and removes tar, wax, brake fluid, oil, and resinified residues in one step – without re-wiping and without residues that affect friction values. Treated brake and clutch parts regain their grip, and braking performance remains reproducible. The active ingredients are free of chlorine, PCBs, lead, and cadmium, simplifying disposal and occupational safety. Due to the high evaporation speed, the component is ready for assembly immediately after application. In workshops with high throughput, Cover-BR significantly reduces the turnaround time per vehicle.

Product application

  • Generously spray soiled parts and allow the active ingredient to run off with the dissolved dirt. Let air dry or wipe with a dry cloth. Repeat the process if heavily soiled. Use a drip tray.
  • Cylinders, clutch linings and parts, drum and disc brakes, brake linings and shoes, fuel and oil pumps, gears, carburetors, springs, bushes. Also degreases metal, glass and ceramics.
  • Not suitable for Plexiglas, thermoplastics such as PVC, and simple paint coatings – these will be dissolved. Unproblematic on metal, glass, ceramics, and many technical plastics.
  • A 500 ml can is sufficient for approximately 2–4 axles or 6–10 brake sets.
