Description

CONIL 1 is a biodegradable cleaning and degreasing concentrate with a very wide range of applications. For painting and building cleaning companies, it removes stubborn contaminants such as oil, wax, soot, and nicotine from almost all waterproof surfaces and is excellent for eliminating fire damage. Transport companies use it for cleaning tanks, barrels, tank wagons, operating facilities, and machines, while mechanical and plant engineering companies use it for cleaning and degreasing machines, plants, semi-finished and finished parts, as well as for metal degreasing before painting. The decisive operational advantage lies in the dilution range from 1:100 to pure: a single item covers everything from economical machine washing in high-pressure cleaners to concentrated facade cleaning. This reduces the number of stock items, simplifies instruction and hazardous substance directories, and allows for working cold or hot, using immersion or spray methods.

Product application

  • For facades, plaster, and painted surfaces, apply CONIL 1 with a sponge, brush, or spray device, allow it to work for a short time, and then rinse with water; dilution 1:10 to neat. Any cleaner residues that may remain do not affect the adhesion and aging of commercially available paints. For machines and equipment, CONIL 1 can be used in all washing processes and at any mixing ratio, cold or hot, in immersion or spray processes, as well as directly via chemical dosing in high-pressure cleaners; dilution 1:100 to 1:5. Liquid and vapor are highly flammable, so keep away from ignition sources and ensure good ventilation. Wear safety goggles and protective gloves, as the product can cause skin irritation and serious eye damage. Observe local wastewater regulations.
