Its particular strength lies in the internal cleaning of heat exchangers: combustion residues 5 to 10 millimeters thick are dissolved in 30 to 35 minutes without mechanical processing; the heat exchanger is filled, the dwell time is awaited, and the dissolved deposits are then flushed out. In addition, COVIL 35 dissolves tar and bitumen from solvent-resistant surfaces, as well as oil carbon, resinified oils and greases, PE waxes, preservatives, heavy oil, resin, microwaxes, rosin, epoxy resin, alkyd resin, polyurethane, and acrylates.
